"Great location. I still have issues with $56 a night for parking, but It's the way of the world now, so live with it I guess. The best part of the time at this beautiful Hotel was the proximity of food and live entertainment. I felt like Fried chicken and found Gus's WORLD FAMOUS CHICKEN literally across the street. I wanted to hear live music and found that Antones was only a few blocks away. Easily within walking distance. I wanted some snacks and saw a small grocery store across the street....

"For our purposes the hotel was in a wonderful location. The staff were great! The only thing that we wish was better was the bed but then one's own bed is always better than a hotel bed unless you can afford a 5-star hotel. "

"Getting ahold of the front desk is nearly impossible. When you call the main number it goes straight to reservations who tells you to call the main number and push zero. When you do this it still goes to reservations. This happened multiple times at different times of the day. The toilet paper in this hotel is about as cheap as you can get. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect more. It took a bit to figure out how to turn the lights off that come on under the bed. Valet service was...
