The staff was really helpful with helping us figure out the ferry back to the airport and had bag storage incase we wanted to go explore for the day."

"So glad we found this gem! I reserved a room with a view of the canal, and it was totally worth it. I liked how central the property was. Overlooking the canal meant that it was a bit loud in the evening as there is a patio restaurant/bar just below, but it was very manageable. Staff was pleasant and helped us navigate the area and gave suggestions. I appreciated that the front desk was staffed 24 hours, and there was secure entry with a room key from outside.
