They opened the window, and clean the windows, all the tiles in the bathroom. Very impressive. Other than that, the hotel is so so. Internet router broken for hours at night. Breakfast was ok. They had omelette which was a plus, but only machine made coffee. Not much selection from the breakfast buffet too. "

"Located across the street from the theater, the hotel is ideally located within Porto, allowing for easy walk ability as well as the availability of Bolt and Uber drivers. Multitude of bars, restaurants in the immediate area. Easy to walk to the main train station in Porto.The staff went above and beyond and honored me on my birthday with a sparkling wine, as well as dessert while we were having breakfast in the morning. If we need a hotel in Porto in the future, we will definitely be staying...

"A good size room, with large bath & shower, large comfortable bed, room on 1st floor - no noise, very good breakfast - great selection/options, all staff very helpful, very well equipped gym to accommodate all levels/needs. Good location for transport/train to airport. The restaurant meals however...very small portions (pasta dish) +50% for an average size portion. "
