On our checkout April 14 we had an 8 am shuttle back to the airport… The front desk representative was so helpful putting us on an earlier bus to the airport…. "The location, if you are traveling a long distance but train, is perfect. We were so tired and glad to be just steps from the central station when we arrived. The hotel is a bit of a maze, but the rooms are very comfortable and the bar was gorgeous. The bar tender, an older gentleman, was so kind and accommodating. He made our son a special mocktail and put as much care into it as he would’ve anything else. They also kept bags for us the day of our check out so we could explore the city a bit more. This hotel made our stay in Amsterdam truly special and memorable. "
