"Super friendly people and getting around places is very easy as it comes with a courtesy bus that takes you to the mall or the JR station. The amenities in the room were well stock and definitely liked the atmosphere. "A very convenient stay close to Narita Airport. A shuttle service from the airport to the hotel runs repeatedly and is well signed posted. The website for the Hilton informs you which bus stop to wait at from each terminal. Inside the bus/shuttle there is communication on where you are heading and which stop is coming up in English and Japanese. All this and the fantastic service at the Hilton was greatly appreciated after a long 10 hour flight."
