"Despite bad weather we had a good stay. We stay here regularily out of season for the warm indoor pool and big jacuzzi. The food is not as good as it used to be but is acceptable. Breakfast is good. We always stay in a suite nowadays. Furnishings tired but if the rooms were improved im sure the prices would shoot up. A 'spanish family' style, friendly, welcoming hotel. Always same staff. "

"When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. "Staff were all great and friendly from the start right until the end of the stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet are both great with amazing an selection, I was surprised to see that the menu would change too! I was however disappointed to see that the jacuzzi and other facilities were only provided as a surcharge, €15 for 30 minutes, a timed thing! You can't just enjoy the relaxation knowing that the longer you stay in the more expensive it will be. "

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof...
