"Stayed alone for 3 nights during a cross border shopping trip/getaway. The location was so convenient near to the outlet mall and other shopping places, package pick up depot, with all kinds of restaurants and food options also close by. I drive, so can't speak to convenience in regards to transit. Check in was hassle free and the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The Queen room I was in was very clean and so cute with tasteful, modern decor, ample lighting, wardrobe, tv, mini fridge, ac/heat unit, and a really comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and had enough towels, washcloths, ana toilet paper for my entire stay. I felt very safe coming and going. No one bothered me nor were there any disturbances, and even though my room was directly in front of the elevator (which ended up being so convenient), I didn't hear any noise at all. I appreciated the free breakfast and parking. All of the hotel staff I encountered were very gracious and accommodating. I have no complaints, it was better than anticipated based on some of the not so great reviews I read prior to my stay. Overall, I am completely satisfied and am definitely planning on staying here next time I am in town. "

"Niagara Falls (both american side and canadian side) are within walking distance of this property. You couldn't stay closer to the Niagara falls in any other hotel (on the american side). It wasn't clear when i made the reservation, but latter i figured out that the price included a breakfast buffett (egg, protein, coffee, waffles, bread, cereal, etc) The property includes a basic gym. I read some other reviews about some of the staff members being unpolite, but my opinion is that you will get what you give. If you spit bitter, you will get bitterness. Ask thing gentle and smile to the staff and you will get a smile back. Some other reviews complained about the cleanliness of the rooms, but our was clean. The only but is that the bath tube's floor looked stained and there was no mat on it. If you are driving your own car, there is plenty of space on their parking lot. If you are flying to BUF, just outside BUF you can ride a Flix bus, and it will leave you few feet from this hotel. Make your reservation for the Flix bus online, as there is high demand for it. Within the hotel property, there are a couple of food trucks offering indian options and american options (hot dogs, hamburgers, etc). This is pretty convenience, especially because they are open until late. A non-advertised gem of this hotel is that during the evening they offer a complimentary bowl of soup and coffe. "

"Coffee 24/7 is a plus, pool was warm and relaxing, arcade was fun with the grand baby. Rooms were nicly updated, beds hard and lumpy only down fall. "
