Staff was very helpful with any thing we needed. Room was nice but lacked a coffee/tea maker. Area outside of hotel was very cluttered likely due to the park and all the happenings there.

The hotel offered a wonderful and large suite with a great view of Bryant Park. The staff were very helpful and professional. The room had a comfortable couch, stacked bar with snacks, and a nice comfortable bed. The room was quiet and comfortable. There is no in-room coffee of tea, but coffee, tea, and muffins are in the lobby from 7 - 10am, so very convenient. The hotel restaurant, Koi, also has a great dinner. It’s my new favorite hotel in NYC.

Hotel rooms were recently updated. Our room was very pleasant, spacious, fresh and modern. Hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent, close to many sights, shopping and museums. We will definitely return on our next visit to the city.
