As much as I would have loved to give more stars, encountered a few glitches. 1st night due to computer glitch they didnt have (3 of us in room) 2 beds as I requested, hubby ended sleeping on floor (no couch). They were great at giving us a 2 bed the following day, but unfortunately the window was broken (room 615) and the draft was so terrible during one of the coldest nights in the city…we had the heat upto 85 w 3 blankets and sweaters. A nice man came to bring blankets and help stuff a towel in the broken seam.. probably helped keep out some of draft, but boy was it still cold. The shampoo/conditioners were empty. Glad I brought my own. But the staff was nice and location was great.

We had a nice experience at the hotel and it had everything we needed for our one night stay. Beds were comfortable and sheets were fresh. The room was not as clean as we expected tho. There was food left over in the refrigerator from past guest and the bathtub had soap and razor left from prior guests too. We aren’t that picky but ugh that was annoying. We called CS 3x to come get the food and they never came so I had found someone on our floor who was cleaning a room and told them so they cleaned the food out. Otherwise, we had a good experience and would stay here again because it was a good location. The staff at the front desk was awesome!

The staff was rude and did not provide any water in the rooms. Not a baby friendly hotel at all. They won’t even give a baby water. The rooms were so dirty.

Very accommodating. Room much smaller than I thought it would be. Clean and comfortable. Some small details over looked like the bottom of the bathroom door was wrecked. Bed very comfortable bedding very comfortable. No air-condition starting in November but they do provide a fancy fan. Staff was wonderful

I read a lot of the reviews prior to our stay and as always we kept an open mind as everyone has different standards. The front desk was very kind and our room was ready upon check in. The elevators were quick at all times, we did have to wait a tad on Thanksgiving day but EVERYONE was out and about and it wasn’t as bad as some reviews make it seem. Could the room floors be cleaner as others have said, sure but we’re not rolling around the floor. The beds were clean as well as everything else in the room. We traveled with a toddler and it was very spacious to accommodate our belongings including stroller. House keeping was very attentive to us everyday. The location is perfect, you have Central Park about 4 blocks to the left and Times Square a few too the right. The location is well worth the money. I will definitely be back.
