We enjoyed our stay. All the staff members were great. Check in was a breeze. My only complaints are. The bathroom needed to be dusted. The shelves had a lot of dust in them like they haven’t been dusted in ages. The rooms need to be painted. There were a lot of heavy duty marks on there One of the beds in my room didn’t have a comforter. Once they make those updates then it’ll definitely be 5 Stars.

This complete stay was cancelled at my request since they overbooked. On the of arrival, we tried to get our room, but on talking to the clerk, they only had 1 housekeeper for the whole site. We were told it would be 30 minutes, but after an hour and a half, we left,as did many to find a room somewhere else. I was told i should get any cost returned.

I enjoyed my stay at Caesars. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. The Harrah’s hotel side of things desperately needs upgrading, though, as majority of the furniture in the rooms seem very old and marked up & stained. It was just disappointing to pay as much as I did for the rooms just for them to look so worn.

My room had power issues, the entire left side of the room was without power. Maintenance came & got power going after 2 hours of waiting. Outlet was sparking. The heat/AC was not warming I assume due to whatever the power issue was. We wasn’t offered another room The power tripped again later that night. front desk never answered the phone. Our phones were almost dead upon checkout. Upon checkout, the front desk rep was very sympathetic & advised she will get with her manager.
