"The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building "

"We stayed in a family unit with three beds in the property's basement and it was a very spacious unit. We really liked that the hotel is situated on a quiet street/alley just a minute's walk from limitless shopping, dining, transit options and we enjoyed walking to the old city down Jaffa street daily. "The staff was very helpful especially Asaf who was an incredibly nice person and helped us with directions on how to get around and how to connect with internet , even on our car rentals etc.. We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online.
