"We stayed in a beautiful triple room on the 5th floor that looked like it had been recently refurbished. Spacious and all the facilities needed including tea, coffee and biscuits. Efficient check in. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely bar area. Decent breakfast."

"From our check in with Rebecca and Amelia to our checkout with Lidia and Maddie our stay was brilliant. What amazing staff, so kind and caring. Nothing was a problem and the girls were so helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t have anything planned and on check in so Rebecca suggested the Christmas Markets and the restaurant strip, both were amazing. The next day Lidia recommended we walk to the docks and stop at Rough Handmade - a must visit!! Great coffee and pastries. Then on to the Cathedral which was breathtaking!! Thank you to all the girls for making our stay a 10/10 !! (The pizza we ordered for room service was also delicious) "
