"Nice breakfast. Good, adult business, airport connection. Parking is poor, open, across the street and not included in rate. Drop off and check in drive ,restrictive and hard to find. Room, heavy glass door to bathroom did not slide and shower glass did not prevent soaking the floor. King room Upper floor view to airport not city. Front desk stated this needed to be requested but view was advertised!"

"I had one of the worst days of my life at AMS after a missed connection - stuck in lines all day, repeatedly given wrong information and sent to another part of the airport, surrounded by hundreds of angry pssengers similarly stuck, all to find my flight out of Amsterdam would be delayed two days. I picked the closest hotel with a shuttle and a king-sized bed, which was the Ramada.
