"Great stay! Everything was within walking distance—and if it wasn’t, the subway and union station are very close. The property was very clean and quiet. Front desk is extremely friendly, when we needed something all we did was call and they would come up with what we needed. Would definitely come back. If you’re looking for big rooms, you might want to book suites, but if you’re okay with small rooms, book!"

"This is the second year we have stayed here. We like the convenience of the location, the quality of the room, and the friendliness of the staff. They are very accommodating and our perks as a VIP Member were appreciated. Our room had a view of Millennium Park, The bed was very comfortable and the generous bathroom with a soaker tub and enormous walk in shower was great. This is a full service hotel with a lounge, restaurant, coffee bar and health and fitness amenities. Walking distance to Millennium Park, Magnificent Mile, and The Loop make it a perfect location to experience Chicago. Weekday rates are very good and it is just far enough away from Michigan Ave. to be a quiet retreat from the holiday hustle and bustle."

"Had such a great weekend in Chicago - and really enjoyed our stay at the Pendry. It was the perfect location to be able to walk everywhere! The rooms were new, clean, and the beds were very comfy. The shower pressure was perfect (which is a small detail but made all the difference) The entire staff was very accommodating. The concierge even helped us get a reservation on a busy Saturday night in the city! Will be back!"
