"Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service - from arrival, to depature! The presentation of the property was second to none - I was completely in awe and could not stop smiling! We were upgraded to a bungalow which was soo beautifully presented, clean, with that extra care taken to make this the most enjoyable place I have ever stayed. Our houseekeeper Vere, was AMAZING - she went above and beyond for us and gave us a personal touch almost every night we were there. I can not thank her enough! Salome at the front office (duty manager) was also OUTSTANDING! Her patience and kindness with me as we arrived and tried to get our head around everything was soo beautiful to receive. She knew my name and used it everytime she said hello, which again gave us that personal touch of being there. There was another lady on the front but i cant remember her name - you were soo beautiful tous, thank you!! The restaurants were amazing - the staff....oh, words cannot describe how friendly and kind they were. The food....oh my life!!! Shanaka, the hotel manager, finished our holiday off with a personal note and cookies and wished us a safe flight home....we felt like royatly. We will most DEFINITELY be staying there again. 10/10 for EVERYTHING!! Vinaka DoubleTree Resort Fiji - you have won us over tenfold and we will never forget it ❤️"

"2nd visit here and will be back again the staff are lovely and the Spa was just what we needed. Amazing snorkelling right off the beach. Tour desked helped organise a great zip lining experience. "

"Great spot between the islands or to enjoy the west side of the island ,great food,great live music ,all resorts are conected at the beach making a great place to chooce what you whant ,close to a big market beer, wine food,great prices ,close to the airport taxi 5 US and the best is the staff and the people,akways helpful,nice ,safe,make you part of a big island family .not required tip but they really deserve the best! BULA!!"

"The staff are absolutely wonderful and very attentive. The food is well prepared and delicious. The kids had an absolute ball and made friends daily. It has a fun atmosphere for families and I would stay here again."

"Absolutely fantastic staff. Hotel is in need of cosmetic repairs here and there but overall amazing. I assume when the extension opens in 2026 this resort will receive some attwntion. But overall it was much better than i expected. We traveled without the children this time and would definitely being them next time. Being by thw port was a huge plus. We stayed in the beach club but inly used it once. "
