"Not the most glamorous views from this hotel, positioned between a petrol station and a business park, but great once you arrive. Free parking (barrier controlled). When you enter the reception atrium, it feels like an upmarket hotel, an impression helped by the efficient and friendly reception staff. Room was entirely satisfactory and in good condition. Easy to walk to Birmingham International station (15 mins, ask for directions) and then another 5 mins to NEC down covered corridors. Full English Breakfast is comprehensive, if not cheap, and recommended. I doubt anyone would regret booking this hotel. "

"Our stay there made our trip to the theatre even better. Such lovely helpful staff. I have a bad hand which makes me clumsy, I knocked a full mug of tea over the whole breakfast table and the Irish waiter couldn't have been more helpful or kinder to me. "

"modern hotel, swift check-in. Room is very comfortable and clean location is great for city centre with a little bit of a walk. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction around so it does not look the most picturesque! A shame there is no on-site parking, although the B4 Parking is fairly close by. Would stay again."
