"Given the price point, we found this hotel to be good! Everyone on the staff we interacted with were very friendly, the location is right next to the central train station and the price was very affordable for this location. It could be cleaner and the street outside feels a little rough at night/early morning, but overall we enjoyed this Adagio."

"I loved the Adagio! My stay was much longer than the 2 nights I booked through Hotels.com. i was there for six weeks! The location is walkable to transport, tourism office, restaurants, and any other service you might need. The rooms are comfortable with small kitchens that are well-stocked. Any supplies you might need between cleanings are available for the asking. The staff - Ann, Patricia, Hugo, Barbara, etc., are wonderful - friendly and helpful. There is parking below the hotel. "We really loved the unique decor of the hotel. The room was a good size, the hotel was very clean overall, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated available parking within their gated premises. Entry was a bit tricky, mostly because it right off a traffic circle and as our auto navigation tried to take us around the back where you cannot get in. Only negative is there are very few restaurants within walking distance."

"We struck gold when the room we had booked was unavailable due to flooding and they upgraded us to the most incredible suite we have ever stayed in! "Great hotel, very close to the train station and 10-15 minute walk from the marina. Friendly welcome. Clean room. Very small toilet (had to reverse to get out) but the shower was excellent.The Club facility is very good. Disappointed that I couldn't get access to the rooftop bar during my stay."

"This hotel was absolutely charming. The lobby/sitting area was like an old fashioned living room and a nice area to relax in. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite and having the extra room and sitting area was lovely. The staff was so kind and helpful in answering questions and sharing directions. This property is a little further away from the main area of town with all of the restaurants etc so after sightseeing all day, we ended up basing our eating options on what was closer. We loved Aix En Provence and if we are ever fortunate to visit the area again, we would definitely stay here. "

"We had a great stay at ibis Marseille Centre Gare Saint Charles! The hotel and its facilities were clean and well-kept. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions about our scheduled train ride. While smoking is very common in Europe, it is good to keep in mind (especially if you or your young children are sensitive to the smell) that some cigarette smoke may come through your window from the café below - we didn’t mind too much ourselves. The best feature of the hotel is that it is steps away from Gare Saint-Charles station (major train station) which is extremely convenient if you have an early-morning train ride like we did! "
