Krushna went out of his way to move us to a better, upstairs, room when the room we were first given turned out to have some smoke odors and also too little privacy from the garden outside. Btw, the executive rooms upstairs have the same pool and garden views as the rooms downstairs, with the added attraction of a balcony. Huge, clean, largely unused, pool. The food is not very special, but is clean, varied and plentiful. Again, very nice restaurant staff. The hotel arranged very good cars and drivers for us to visit Ajantha and Ellora."

As a nice kick in the teeth from Hotels.com, they refused to refund me for the stay, saying it was booked under a non-cancellation ploicy. First and last time I will use this service. "I came here with young kids and had a great day. The staff was very helpful and the food was amazing and the customized it to be non-spicy for my kids. The breakfast is really good and they packed us brunch for my kids when we were traveling upon request. The hotel is at a prominent location and a little on the outskirts of the city and hence we can avoid all the traffic While traveling as a tourist here. There is a lot of hustle and bustle in this hotel, and there were marriages held when we were staying in the hotel so it wasn’t very quiet as other hotels we have lived in. Politician also visited the hotel during our stay and there was a lot of security in the hotel that day. The pool had many bugs and the water was cold and there was no hot pool here. The gym is also not very clean and they didn’t allow my kids to touch any equipment even though I was around. "
