"This is a scam and I’m totally disappointed in Hotels.com. When we got to the hotel, the manager said they don’t work directly with Hotels.com and that they did not receive any confirmation. They refused to let us spend the night. I called Hotels.com to inform them and they have refused to process my refund. In addition, the pictures in Hotels.com is nothing at all like the actual place. "The stay was for 1 night. The olace is nice and the staff is friendly. The property needs to be renuated and also the removes need to have mosquito repelents as too muxh of mosquitoes in the room. Stay is fine. Just need these few improvements."
