"I stayed at the Alpine Club in June with a friend. Contrary to the listing, there was no wireless internet anywhere on the property, no coffee/tea maker in the room, no laundry services, no iron or ironing board on request. While we were there there was also no hot water, when we wanted to bathe we would call for a bucket of hot water to be brought up to the room. Breakfast was decent, chet was quite apologetic about the faux pas with dinner and tried best to make amends."

"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"
