"The hotel is updated and very comfortable. My only significant complaint was the provision for getting to the airport. For travelers needing to get to Schiphol by 8 am we had to pile in an over-crowded bus with people on top of one another - the entire aisle stuffed with people - passengers even standing on the entry steps. I got the feeling that this hotel isn't really careful enough about providing that extremely important service - convenience in getting to the airport. We all felt like...
