"I want to commend Claude our shuttle driver. He is an asset to your company. Please reward him with your appreciation, and recognition for the value of his service. Your company needs to have 2 shuttles running on the night of shows!!! Poor Claude was over worked by the amount of people who were in need of transportation. Do the numbers. 200 or more people trying to get to the show at the same time was absolutely ridiculous.12 people at a time was all that fit. Claude did an amazing job using his organizational skills to insure that everyone was safely transported to, and from our destination. Give Claude a big raise!!!"
