"I love the place definetly i will come back again with my family in the right season. The crew is very helpful & smile. Crew hospitality is the main thing. Lugguage barrier should have a crew that really knowledgable about english because sometimes even you have google translate they very hard to understand the word you try to explain. Overall Excellent. "

"What an awesome experience. Breathtaking to say the least. The grounds have plenty to see and do including various dining options. The Golden Hands Bridge is for sure a must see in a lifetime. There will also plenty of areas to capture the most amazing photos.The hotel itself has like a Harry Potter feel to me. Our room was very hot, even though the staff responded promptly we couldn’t seem to get it at a comfortable temperature. There is also a trick with the lighting. It was all or nothing....

"Everything was really good, except hard beds and zero english was spoken. She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

"The MTR hotel is in a quieter part of town and is really quaint. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. Some rooms have drying racks on the balcony but the hotel offered to use their dryer for me as I was in a studio. Breakfast is available but it's limited. "

"The swimming pool water park was so good. It was so good for the children. However, during my two-day stay, I asked them to clean the room, but they didn't. After two calls, they did it after 3 o'clock. It was too late"

"We had an outstanding stay at Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. I also must highly praise the staff; when we stayed a member from our group had an incident and his motorcycle needed to be recovered. The staff were incredibly helpful and coordinated with our rental company to pick up the bike. Many thanks for looking after us and for a wonderful stay."
