Although staff was amazing, the food/tea/coffee weren't even on par with what you can get at local restaurant. For five star I would expect better food. The rooms are also quite old fashioned and the washroom has fake peel on stickers on the class to hide the outside which they could have done better interiors for. Not 5 star quality.

"Generally a great value and a satisfying hotel experience. Only bit of irritation was that I could not get an Uber to come directly to the property for pick up. Instead, I had to walk about 300 m to a pickup location. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel but it was irritating."
