"Wow what can l say, the hotel is in the most perfect location, right on the beach. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. A special mention to the guys on the reception desk, they were so friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were upgraded to an ocean view room, was given a glass of champagne and because it was my daughter’s birthday, they sent up a bottle of champagne to her suite. Service absolutely outstanding, can’t wait to stay at the Grand hotel again. Thank you "

"I have stayed at the rockford many times between 2020-2022, and was always given great service,the same room and most times an allocated car park. This this staff did their best to give me,not the same(as it was booked) but one almost exactly the same one floor down. Thats just great customer service"
