"Great stay. The apartment is modern and clean. It is about a 15 minute walk to old town but there is a nice grocery/convenience store just a few minutes walk away. The walk to old town is downhill which but coming back is a little bit of an uphill hike. The apartment I was in had a washing machine but no dryer which was a little inconvenient. Overall it was a nice, quiet, clean, and secure building which made for a great stay in Cluj."

"The flat stank of cat piss and mould - it was unbearable - there is no service, no replies to emails, no replies on the phone calls, finding the instructions for the keys was a treasure hunt. No spare toilette paper, no place to store the suitcase. We also found people coming into the courtyard to relieve themselves during the day. "

"The property itself is very nice but make sure you go into the right parking garage. This building has 3 and one of them has no way of getting you out of you go in! We were stuck in there for 2 hrs with no way of getting out because this parking garage only has access via phone and not a passcode. We ended up having to pull a lever on the garage to get us out. This particular entrance wasn't one that the property manager told us to go into but she herself didn't know how to get us out of there....

"PerfectStay is really as close to perfect as you're going to get. For my purposes it ticked every possible box, and I enjoyed my stay there immensely. The room is large, spacious and neat, and the kitchenette and bathroom ideal. I stayed first for 3 nights, and then after a week in the countryside, stayed again for 6 nights. Cristina is a wonderful host, and communicated with me throughout my stay. "

"If you love: * being told “I will consult my colleague” from the apartment management team when you call (6 times over an 18 hour period) about a sub-par apartment only to have absolutely NOTHING done to remedy the problems… * booking a place for 4 people to sleep and having no bedding for the second bed/couch AT ALL… * having dirty used bedding for the actual bed that you must wash (after you buy laundry detergent)… * having no TOILET PAPER (Seriously?!?)… * and no towels… * and NO HOT...

"Such a lovely apartment! This place was so nice that my two teenaged sons preferred to spend our extra day in lovely Cluj there to sightseeing! So I left them and went myself! Everything was spanking new and in excellent taste. No AC but still cool despite the heat. I was able to do laundry.The was a terrace and when I couldn't get the parasol up, the neighbor lady came and helped. She even brought us cake! Typical of Transylvanian friendliness."

"The apartment was very well equipped for a family stay with a dishwasher, washer, drying rack, and kitchen with a full size fridge. We were able to cook our own breakfast and enjoy our stay in comfort. The check in and out instructions were clear and to the point. Everything was clean and comfortable.
