"Fantastic getaway destination for a weekend stay (and more). Hotel location is great with hikes nearby and the hotel courtyard, pool and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. "A 4-star hotel (despite rating). Pulls out all the stops to upscale from lovely little entrance with red velvet ropes to well-designed rooms and elegant breakfast room and personal service. The location may be a bit pedestrian but it's a block from main shopping promenade and easy walk to the confluence of the Rhein and Mosel which is a gorgeous promenade and must do. Loved this hotel. A real gem."
