"The property is quite nice, although it's getting to the point of needing a bit of a spruce up, as several wooden panels in my room were chipped and the air conditioner fins were broken. Most disappointing was that I requested and confirmed king bedding, and instead received two single beds pulled together and made up as a king. This left a very uncomfortable ridge down the centre of the bed. According to the front desk, all rooms are like this, so avoid if you're planning a couples retreat for...

"We stayed in apartment 331; the units are tired and need a refurbishment, fittings are worn, chipped & stained. The chair cushions were hiding a lot of food crumbs, peanuts etc. balcony needed sweeping, bathroom needs an update. The unit was not up to a 4 star premiere standard as advertised, gardens are nice with 2 pools and location is good."
