"The property entrance could use lots of help. The rugs were dirty and bench was filthy. Thankfully the units were clean. The size of the unit 2A was great for privacy and larger group 3-5people max. All the basics were available. I would think they could offer more towels per visit. It is always nice to have simple extras like cotton, q-tips, shower caps nail file and sewing kit to help the visitors feel more taken care of… Good visit all around. Location is wonderful. "

"I was looking for a 1 bed apartment with a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms and was happy to have found this. Price was reasonable and location was very central. Only complaint is that the sofa bed was quite springy so may not be great for some but I still slept well. Unfortunately some other guests were noisy coming down the stairs in the mornings so that woke me up but that's not the responsibility of the hosts."

"I had an amazing stay at BB Puerta del Sol! This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First and foremost, the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel is how super quiet it is. Despite being so close to the bustling center of the city, my room felt like an oasis of peace, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The bed was absolutely amazing – incredibly comfortable and cozy, which made it hard to leave in the morning! I woke up every day feeling refreshed and ready to explore the city. A lovely touch was the daily delivery of fresh bread, donuts, and water right to my door every morning. It was such a nice surprise and the perfect start to my day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any requests. They made me feel very welcome, and their warm hospitality really enhanced my experience. Lastly, the location is perfect – just a short walk from the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Whether you want to explore the shops, restaurants, or historical sites, you're right in the heart of it all. "Excellent location, beautiful hotel, lovely room. One female staff member at reception was particularly wonderful, wish I knew her name. We were given an upgraded room at no extra charge. Large breakfast buffet but pricey. Couldn’t use the rooftop lounge area due to weather and construction."
