"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"Beautiful castle that would be so much more enjoyable with just a few changes. Windows need to be able to attach to shutters so will stay open and not blow closed with wind. Basic items such as toilet paper, seasonings for cooking, more comfortable twin mattress, ability to order basic meals at restaurant if wanted. "

The staff were friendly and attentive and I would recommend going to the restaurant if you're wanting something near by, it's reasonably priced and the food was superb. My only complaint was that you could hear trains going by quite late into the night which isn't great when you have to open the window because the Aircon didn't seem to work. "
