"It was reasonable value for money and spacious. Added bonus to have a covered balcony and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, assisted with luggage up the stairs as no lift in my building. The room itself could have been a little bit cleaner. Found a dark long hair on my pillow, mine is short and blond. Cutlery and utensils a bit pick and mix but i was surprised to have any as the advert said you had to pay extra if staying a few says, so that was ok. Could do with clogh or paper...

"The property was undergoing refurbishment so area around reception was chaotic. However, the staff were fantastic and in particular there was a very cheerful and helpful person who guided us to the breakfast area without needing to ask. Room was quite small, and there was no clarity around some snacks and a bottle of wine kept on the table - whether they were to be paid for or not and what the prices were. Ok for short business trips as the working desk and WiFi were good."

"Lovely hotel close to public transport. Arlanda Express 3 minute walk. Metro below and trams short 4 min walk. Great location, spacious rooms, breakfast with many options, nice sky bar and staff very helpful. Room lovely and spacious with comfy beds. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. "The bareception was kind, helpful and friendly. The bed was narrow but it has a good extra matless for asleep. There was a flexible desk and a chair. Only one thing, the water dumped to the washroom area from the shower booth. "
