"It is a very pleasant environment, everything is close, the apartment is sufficient for a family of 4. The stairs are quite steep, but overall a comfortable apartment that has everything you need. "The place is well located and overall in good condition. Our experience is that we arrived and the laundry room was full of humid towels and sheets from the previous guests. We wanted this cleared out, because we wanted to clean our clothes, and it was impossible to reach the hotel admin. I sent a message via hotels.com app, and I rang a video doorcam in the hallway, neither worked. Also, a door handle came loose and the toilet seat was also loose. This place is poorly managed "

"Buena experiencia, es un edificio nuevo que todavía está por ser terminado, se nos que siguen en obras. Al reservar te mandan las "reglas de la casa" y especifican que esta prohibido drogas, fumar y prostitución... pues el departamento con solo abrir la puerta apestaba a cigarrillo. Eso no es directamente responsabilidad de Alphabet, pero sí de quien lo renta. En general, muy bien. Estación del tren a unos metros, restaurantes y super mercado cerca, bonita zona junto a los muelles. "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can.
