"The car was parked in the numbered car park and was covered in branches and leaves, they had trimmed the trees all over the car without notice Maybe next time they should put out hats or something to not park in those bays if they are gardening I was not impressed as its a new car"

"I have stayed here many times due to visiting family and have never had any complaints in all areas. Staff from the Managers,check in and room attendants have always been pleasant and approachable and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The property is clean and so close to shopping and restaurants. It actually does feel like it's home away from home. I have tried to stay at places closer to my family but find Quest Narre Warren way ahead and now don't even look at them. Thank you...

"We were on the ground floor, and it was noisy because the room was adjacent to the roadway and the trams. Someone left the doors to the outdoor area open before we arrived, and it had rained and wet the carpet in the room in front of the doors. Not ideal."
