"My first night I had a double queen bed due to an issue that was quickly fixed by Planet Hollywood. This was on the 30th floor and the views were great. My room was clean, the big tub was relaxing and in the morning I had staff ready to fix the room mishap and make it correct. I was moved up to the 38th floor and got into my King City View Room. Same as previously; clean room, comfy bed & bedding, nice bathroom and the view was even more spectacular. Being able to watch the Bellagio fountains from your room is amazing! Only things to note, carpeting needs updating and the casino ventilations aren’t the best. Some areas / nights were smoky. "

"The hotel is great ... but being a nonsmoker and having some lung issues, it's always just hard walking through the casino to get outside, with the smoke hanging in the air. I've just learned to carry a handkerchief to cover my nose and mouth, but it's still not great. We had a great room with a view from two windows, which was fabulous!"
