"I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed at Moroccan style room. Bed was very comfortable and we rested well after our flight from US. Staff is friendly and everyone went extra mile to make us feel like at home. Food, live performance, and sea view were amazing. "Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. "All was good except the a la carte type pricing for various services - beach chairs/towels, parking, breakfast. Particularly disappointing was the price of breakfast - €30 per person! We found a Boulanger in walking distance and were able to get what we needed for breakfast for a total of less than €10. Great location and staff. Casino a little disappointing. "

"We had a lovely time at the Hermitage when our stay in La Napoule turned out to have no air conditioning during an extreme heat wave. We spent the last 3 nights in town at the Heritage, which is clean, peaceful, and well equipped with a nice pool, gym, restaurant and bar/lounge.
