"Well located, at the corner of the well known "Place du Capitole" in Toulouse CBD the hotel is on a prime spot for a few days as a tourist in Toulouse if you want to walk the city streets and discover the wonderful cafes/restaurant that the city has to offer. The hotel is decorated in an old fashion way and is missing a few essential to make it a real 4 stars hotel (e.g. small TV, no amenities in bathroom, standard breakfast, limited information given upon arrival)."

"It was a lovely hotel and not too far to walk to main attractions and restaurants. Pool was very nice and lovely to get a short swim in and relax after long car journey . Bit of a walk up from restaurant in evening unfortunately lift stopped at 8pm. Only thing check in is from 4 and could have done with it being bit earlier even though could park there ."

Elisabeth est une personne tellement attachante que vous ne pouvez être qu'ému lors de votre départ ... Ce n'est pas le luxe mais tout est propre nickel à porté .... nul besoin de prendre votre véhicule vous êtes au centre de tout ... C'est très rare de nos jours de trouver encore des résidences où l'amour de l'humain et de son prochain soit si tangible ..... Merci encore pour...

"I enjoy this hotel a lot. Two things to help improve: 1 curtains need to be more black out as the lights from the street illuminate the entire room; 2. luggage that is left needs to be secure and not left in the lobby. I returned to see my expensive luggage sitting out in the hall where anyone could take it. The staff are always wonderful"
