"Warm, friendly welcome by the owner. As it turned out, we were the only visitors staying in the hotel, so had a nice opportunity for a chat over a beer - well stocked with what appeared to be the full range of bottled beers from Purple Moose Brewery of Porthmadog. "We had a lovely 1 night stay. Our family room was excellent. From checking in to checking out, every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Lovely swim in the pool. Lovely food in the brasserie and for breakfast. Would highly recommend - excellent value. "

"Excellent Hotel and the Food was Amazing .Staff were fabulous .Breakfast was good as well. However we had a young girl at breakfast who didn’t look up to greet us.we had to ask where we were seated. She never returned to see if we needed more coffee! More training needed. Not a front person. The young girls we had for check in and our evening were Amazing . "
