This was part of a longer vacation. We stayed in an art deco place close to the beach then we went to key west, then when we came back I wanted a hotel that was a little quieter. This hotel is perfectly located. You are one block from the Western end of Lincoln road, there's a movie theater, there's a hundred restaurants, there are thousands of people dressed up and ready to have fun, and the staff here are wonderful. They were some of the best hotel people I've ever met. I used to live in Miami Beach and I worked at a hotel on Ocean drive. Maybe that's why I felt so comfortable talking to the staff here, because they generally will leave you alone unless you make it clear that you are friendly. We had a view of 17th and Alton that was fantastic. At night, we watched the police directing traffic during the rush hour log jam. This is a No frills hotel. But you are literally one minute away from the finest and most fun crazy Miami Beach restaurants. You don't want to stay in your hotel room when you're in Miami beach. You want to be out having fun.

The beds were hard, and broken. The room was not as it was displayed in the ad images. There was no where to sit in our room or even anywhere to hang clothes, except lockers with 2 hangers. There was no counter space in bathroom. Hotel staff not friendly and on their phones all the time. Needed someone to come unclog a toilet and was told there was no one until the next day to do it. Save your money and stay elsewhere

Beds were very comfortable!. Lobby was pretty dirty but rooms were ok. Also staff was very slow at front desk. Vending machine was broken which was frustrating because there wasn’t any snacks or drinks for the kids.

I can't believe that this is a Wyndham property. This hotel is poorly maintained. Carpeting was filthy. Chipped paint on the beds. No closet or full length mirror. This room cost me more than $200 a night. It didn't even have a proper receptionist desk, although the person working was very helpful and nice. The only bright spot is the proximity to restaurants and shopping on Lincoln BLVD.

The worst experience in my life. The hotel was filthy dirty from top to bottom. The sink hot water knob was unusable. There were two bath towels in bathroom. They had no face towels avaible. A very small blanket was available. Thank you to Chris at the desk for feeling. my pain and praying for me.

The room decor is out dated, but kind of cute. There are stacked lockers for closet space, a small white café looking table and 2 chairs that I guess are their version of a desk and a chair. It's different, but clean and comfortable.
