- Room smelled a chemicals when I used the A/C ; I can’t breath of cause of that and for that I didn’t use A/C; the smell was insupportable; When I arrived an employee painted the wall close to my room. - The towels was insufficient for four people (e.g. two for bathroom and two for beach) for five days and they didn’t change them:” being an independent listing we do not normally provide replenishment of products”.

Arrived at the place and it’s smell like sewage. A/C doesn’t work. Got a hold of some one and told me to email everything in detail. I did and as we walk the place it was an absolute unsafe environment to stay in and spend the night. They try to tell me that they are bound to their cancellation policy. But I’m sure a law suit with anyone getting sick they will re-arrange their policy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Even the valet people and security aren’t professional with what they do. I don’t know how Expedia still have them as an option. I will also file a complaint with them.

The unit needs a lot of renovation. There were pests roaming around the kitchen, the shower faucet was hard to maneuver and the beds made a lot of noise. The room also had a weird smell. Using the elevator can be confusing and stressful since you have to wait a few minutes to get on an elevator or even several elevators.

Please don't stay here. Worst room, mold every where. Worst, old and dirty furniture. I have never seen stove that disgusting. Leaking ceiling, shower never stop. Rude employees and i have seen them screaming to guests. They treat you like trash. Their customers service is only online and they help you nothing.

Pool was under construction. Didn’t receive code for room information and had to jump through hops to get it. Area was somewhat clean- for Miami. Miami can get dirty due to beach location. Bathrooms could be updated. Valet was good. Pretty quick for the most part. I just wouldn’t recommend trying to leave around check out time if you’re just going to explore.

Please do not stay. Worse experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know where to begin. They are very unprofessional, disrespectful, unsanitary to say the least. Let’s begin with the false advertisement, room didn’t have iron, blow dryer, WiFi, and not one of the pictures of the property i actually stayed in was in the pictures. They have roaches, lots of dust and very dirty. Wait and nothing works. Also there wasn’t a kitchen oven just a sink. It also read laundry services available and that was also a lie. Yes there was washers and dryers but you had to purchased a card to load money into to wash and dry and the entire stay they ran out of cards. Once you get there you are on your own. They ask me to buy my own toilet paper in which when i got there was only one with 3 adults staying there. The shower head continuously fell out and hit you. The central air doesn’t work. I went out and bought my own pillow cases and a sheet because theirs were disgusting. Everyone there seems very unhappy, no one greets you and when you greet them they either ignore you or seem very unhappy as if they aren’t use to kind greets. I starred as if they are confused. You asked them questions and no one knows anything and answers with attitude. They also said daily room cleaning not once did anyone come to room. So trash just sat in the room because the building doesn’t have trash cans beside one big one outside the building. Please don’t stay here is all a lie. I reached out to them many time but email

Don’t recommend!
The building is very old, the reception is protected by glass probably due to the sketchy people that stay at this place. We went out to see the city when we got back we were greeted by a cockroach at the door. I attempted to contact the host for a refund but haven’t heard anything in two days. We checked out the same day and will never come back!

The room we stayed in 533 was good and clean enough. The bathroom faucet was broken down and hard to turn on and off. And the water doesn't drain properly. Any communication would not be answered during our stay so if you need anything, make sure to communicate that and confirm before hand. Other than that, the room was like the provided pictures, with a fridge and small kitchen area. It was also quiet and did not smell like weeds per some other comments. Too bad the pool area was closed. The valet parking was a bit troublesome everytime we need to go in and out, and at the end they scratched our rent car yet did not provide any confirmation that they would compensate for that, they only gave us a number to call if our rental company would charge us for the damages. They were being very rude about that and even demanded tipping as well.

This “Luxury Studio” was far from luxurious. We were so excited for this vacation spot. What a disappointment. We shared our kitchen and bathroom with roaches. There were food splatters on the ceiling and walls in the kitchen. No Wi-Fi password, and terrible cell service in the building (we both have different carriers). We spent the first night with no tv as well because the circuit blew out even though we had nothing plugged in. The pool was closed as was the restaurant. This ended up being a pretty pricey vacation with having to eat out every meal.

It is very expensive for what they offer, the AC could never cool below 70 degrees, the apartment was never cleaned, the curtains were useless and were broken, it has a kitchen but there is nothing to cook with (pan or pots) the fans made a lot of noise, The closet doors are out of square, there is no table or dresser to put cosmetics or personal things to get ready, the pool was under maintenance for the 5 days I was there (I couldn't use it) and supposedly they offer laundry and there is nothing to wash inside the apartment and then in the lobby there are washing machines and dryers but they were under maintenance and could not be used, in conclusion it is very expensive and in the photos they offer everything very attractive but reality is not like that
