"Amazing"

"The Geneve has been in business for well over 100 years and the foyer is beautiful and full of old world charm. Our room was spacious and, quite frankly could have benefitted from a makeover (new carpet). The staff is fantastic and very helpful. We booked a balloon ride with the nice gal at the consierge desk.The fellow that called us a cab to the airport was 74 years old and had worked at the Geneve for 55 years. We would stay here again."

"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the property is located in a prime location, within close proximity to the huge Chapultepec complex and plenty of transportation options. The property is nicely decorated, but the room itself felt a bit outdated and there were a few issues with the room we stayed in. The hotel offered us a bowl of delicious fruits for the inconvenience, but it was really not what we expected from a 4/5-star rated hotel. "
