"Great location, near all services and shops. Easy to get taxi, uber, or bus. Food park is across the street. Short commute to Old Town or Melecon. Pool n views are amazing. Staff are attentive and available. Splurge for the breakfast buffet. And get to the pool early. "

"Beautiful hotel and grounds . We loved everything about the resort and the staff were amazing! Resort could use some entertainment though , but a quick ride into Zihuatanejo to enjoy music and the pier is what we did . We will definitely return . A lot of walking and stairs , would be an issue for those needing accessibility’s ."

"Amazing stay. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, situated on a beautiful beach and right in the jungle. The pools and jacuzzis are well laid out and there are a lot of activities if you are so inclined. It’s close to Los Arcos for amazing snorkeling and also snorkeling right from the beach is not bad. The staff are very friendly and try hard to make it an amazing experience. Food was delicious especially in the a la carte restaurants. We had a great time and would return there again. "

The pool was a blast for our kids—perfectly suited for them to play and enjoy. The kids’ club was phenomenal; our little ones adored it and still rave about the fun they had there. The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Food was delicious and always available, with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. We also loved the hotel’s private beach—so beautiful and well-maintained, it felt like our own slice of paradise. The gym was a pleasant surprise too—spacious, well-equipped, and staffed with pros who kept it spotless. Daily activities added such a fun vibe, from beach games to evening events—there was always something exciting to do. The location is unbeatable, just a quick cab ride to the Puerto Vallarta Malecón and steps from central town. We loved every second and can’t wait to return.
