"Such a stunning hotel in a very quiet, yet convenient location. We had booked a stay-cation for a girls trips and everything was exactly as described. There were a couple small issues but after speaking with the wonderful staff, they got it all sorted for us. Would definitely be back."

The staff however need to be informed of what is happening with special events and more about Melbourne to support their customers. I was given incorrect information twice. The parking underneath is easy & a fair rate just make sure how the ticketing works is explained correctly. The room was clean & neat...
