Knowing that I was transferred to this hotel because the La Quinta Inn in Downtown San Antonio was overbooked, she made sure I felt welcomed as a guest. By the way, Joey at the first hotel was amazing in customer service. He was always willing to help and assisted me with calling Expedia. He stayed by my side until I received the proper attention.
