"It is very well located in the Poblado area, accessible and close to many good tourist areas. The people are so friendly and very serviceable, excellent customer service orientation. In general the hotel physical plant is in good shape but need some renovation on the bathrooms of the junior suite room, need to replace the toilet as it is extremely low for elderly people, also the sink was completely loose. The Tv need better instruction on how to use it, was quite complicated. Bathroom on the lobby are so small that is almost impossible to use them. "

He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations of places to visit, eat and drink around Antioquia, Medellin, he was very attentive to us the whole time we stated at the hotel and even recommended us some tours.
