"We would never stay in this hotel again. The arpets in the room are so old that the room smelled bad, and walking on them left dirt on my socks. This was an Accessable room, so ther was no rim around the shower to keep all the water from flooding the bathroom because the drain was flush with the floor. "This would have been a 5-star review except for one thing. Their internet is awful. To say it's spotty would be a complement. When it does connect, it frequently drops in and out requiring near constant sign-ins. This is not good for travelers who rely on the web for travel info. It forces you to choose roaming on your phone which can be very expensive. Nice room, great location and restaurant. Too bad about the internet issues."

"Maani, the owner/receptionist, was a very nice and helpful person. He greeted us very warmly late at night and gave us a big bottle of water for free. He also came to street to make sure we parked at the right place. The city is an old peaceful and beautiful city. Across the hotel there is a beautiful bakery. If you need a cheap and yet clean place to stay I would recommend this place."

"This was a lovely stay. The owners were very welcoming and happy to give ideas of what to do etc. the room was spacious and well decorated. Swimming pool is always welcome and the outdoor area was a lovely space for breakfast. Only issue for me was the parking as space is limited and my hire car was not easy to manoeuvre! Sete is a busy town in the Summer but with 12 Kim’s of beach it was easy to find a quiet area"
