"Overall, the experience was great, with amazing food and a very friendly staff. However, the bed situation was disappointing. After hours of requesting a replacement for the sunken mattress, it was swapped for one that was hard and broken. I ended up sleeping on the sofa for two nights to avoid going ..."

"The apartment is well designed and comfortable. We stayed in an apartment on street level which was quite odd and a bit noisy, but overall convenient for our need. The service was quite poor and we couldn’t get enough towels even after we notified them that we need more"
