"Beautiful. Room service gumbo could revive the dead. Everyone was nice. I was worried since reviews mentioned this place can be snooty and unwelcoming to minorities. I never felt that not even a little bit. My biggest complaint is everything in the room- the shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion all smell like 90 year old lady haha. Brought some irish spring and old spice so i was good. Overall would definitely stay again. Especially when they decorate the lobby it was beautiful."

"My wife and I celebrated our anniversary for a few days and we previously stayed at the Westin. We love it, the location, the convenience of the French Quarter being in walking distance. It's our go to spot. "

"The dual omelet stations were definitely a plus but it was congested Sunday morning because after you get your omelet at the big griddle station you have to try to merge with the guests in the regular breakfast line and it was just a bit hectic. Should consider a better way for the areas to coexist. Other than that everything was phenomenal. The views from my balcony as well as the close proximity to the port and mall. Not to mention the amazing efforts of the staff. My husband and I will definitely be back!"
