"Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...

"Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend! "

"I loved this Riyad and the service is impeccable! The and spa services were top notch. They were very accommodating to our needs as well. Please note though that our room had a queen bed rather than king as listed. Also, a bidet would have been greatly appreciated. Still highly recommend though as it is stellar!"
