After informing the front desk, Cameron resolved my issues and went above and beyond what was expected. Making the rest of my stay more enjoyable. Thank you."

"Upon entering property, the AC was off so it was kind of hot, comfortable stay. Once it got cooled down nice and quiet. , upstairs neighbors were kind, loud, running back-and-forth close restaurants very affordable. Very nicely updated one of the t vs in the bedroom didn't work and didn't have access to the wifi"

"When I arrived at the property I was allowed to check in early which was great. The room was warm and only got hotter as we tried to wait to see if the AC unit would kick in. We noticed the mini fridge was also not cold. I called the front desk and a maintenance worker was at our room in under 10 minutes. He came into the room and immediately diagnosed the problem and got to work fixing it. He was incredibly polite and a joy to interact with. He fixed our ac unit which immediately started to...
