"Lack of amenities, also there were not many options for breakfast or even normal food, also there were no tea or coffee packets present in the room, because of covid norms (as they said), but I assume Rs10 per room won't save their expenses. Also drinking water should be packed bottles in these covid times. "

Thankfully we had chosen thus wonderful hotel so although we were disappointed not to travel it was made enjoyable by the wonderful staff and superb hotel. "This location was very convenient to the airport, only a 10 to 15 minute drive through Chennai traffic. I think that this was one of the biggest positives for this hotel. Our check-in experience was pretty smooth. Cleanliness was rated a 4 mainly because we had found some items from previous guests in our room as soon as we entered. However, this was immediately addressed by the staff at the hotel and they were accommodating and friendly. The hotel has a connected restaurant on the bottom...

"The staff and service were wonderful here. The food was enjoyable and the rooms were clean and spacious and beds super-comfortable. Shout-out to several staff members, including Nithin, Rajesh, Tina, Ruby, Vaidegi, Duraiswamy, Bidyut, Buddhadev, Priti, Chef Ahmad, among others. We traveled with my elderly mother-in-law and found some basic things hard to navigate, accessibility-wise. There were stairs and ramps in several places including towards the pool, to get to the rooms, and to go to...
